Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective

Delivery timelines vary based on location and order type.
Bulk/custom orders may require additional processing time.

Returns & Refunds

Conditions:
Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
Product must be unused and in original condition.

Minor color differences due to screen display.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production starts.
